(For noble goals)
To have ambition is wanting to achieve a goal. Ambition is working hard on achieving goals. I remember when Paul George was entering his peak of his career. He was so good at the time that he got selected to be in the USA national team. Unfortunately, while playing a scrimmage against each other Paul went up for a block, but landed awkward and broke his leg in the process. I believe at the time of the injury he was 25 or 26. This is so difficult for anyone that suffers an injury because you can't put any pressure on your leg. He said in an interview if only I didn't contest the layup. Once Paul was able to move he was ready to put in the work to success at get back to the level he was playing at. As the season and offseason when on he proceeded  to have that ambition to work hard and get to that all star calibre player. In his first full season back from the injury he had a career high in points and steals. It showed just how much work he put in because he had that ambition to still be that all star player. After, he still proceeded to be an allstar in the following year with Indiana and Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Pyramid of Success (Cooperation)

"With all levels of your co-workers. Listen if you want to be heard. Be interested in finding the best way, not in having your own way. "
Cooperation means to work together. What that saying "Two heads are better than one". I believe that to be true because when you have two people discussing about a topic people can bounce ideas off of each other. If you want others to respect you then you'll need to listen, so then you can be heard. By listening it will allow you to accomplish your goals because someone might have an idea that you did not think of. For example, during my IDP of last year I suggested to gather our community and educate them our water contamination. One other groupmate suggested that we make a website to educate the community. That was a great idea by my groupmate, but if we weren't working together we would not have thought about that. That is a way to bounce ideas off of each other. By being synergised with each other we thought of great ideas that would help our community. When I work as a team I make sure that everyone has a voice. Making sure everyone has a voice creates trust between, because they know that they will have a say.

Pyramid of Success (Loyalty)

Loyalty

"To yourself and to all those depending upon you. Keep your self-respect."
Loyalty is not something just given. There needs to be trust in between each other. For example, my uncle told me a story when he wasn't being treated right as a worker. My uncle was loyal to them for about a year and a half, yet the company wasn't giving him the respect he deserved. After all of that he decide to get a new job at another tucker company. When the owner heard that he might leave he became sincer, and decide to give him a raise. The was raise was great and all, but all he wanted was respect. He said I just want the respect that I deserve because the owner would always yell at him for mistakes he didn't do. After the owner foreshadow all the times he yelled at my uncle. The owner said I'm sorry I didn't know I was treating you bad. After he said that he proposed a deal, if my uncle stays then he will give him a raise and treat him with respect. My uncle said yes and he worked for 10 years at that company. See how I said that loyalty is earned by trust and respect. You can not just give out loyalty because everything is a business.
